Nicely narrated and featuring small inset videos that can even be viewed in 3D (blue/red glasses required), Bible BooClips is one bible education series your child won't soon forget! The series covers the creation to the point where Adam & Eve are cast out of the garden.
There are over a dozen computer animated video clips to go along with simplified text perfect for young readers 6-9, although younger kids will also enjoy having the story narrated. The version from Genesis is the one where Eve is created from Adam's rib (the more popular & traditional version), although the 1st version of the creation story, where man & woman are created equally is my personal preference (Genesis 1:1-2:3).
The app is solidly made with a visual set-up that shows a bible open with a stone tablet beneath. The videos are also quite nice, although the resolution when making the inset 2"x3" expand to the full iPad screen has less than ideal resolution. The app has lots of great settings though, including translation into Spanish, bookmarking, a page guide and the ability to record your own narration.
Overall this is a nice addition to the crowded field of Bible apps and well-designed for the needs of young learners. For families looking for a high-quality way to reinforce old testament bible stories, Bible BooClips are a great choice. They even include inset videos with sign-launguage interpreting. The series currently includes two apps, with Cain & Abel sold separately. Noah's ark is coming soon as well - see the tab above for 'other versions' that will be updated as new volumes in this series are published.
All reviews are of the app, not the platform/device. Based originally on iPad versions. Minor technical details may vary.

The Genesis creation narrative is the biblical account of the creation of the world contained in the first two chapters of the Book of Genesis in theHebrew Bible. As a sacred narrative of the primeval history of the world (chapters 1–11), it is part of the biblical canons of Judaism and Christianity. [Wikipedia]
This version of the creation is simplified for children told primarily through dialogue between God, Adam and Eve. It tells the creation story found in the 2nd account in the Bible: Genesis 2:4-25
